Can I connect multiple SMH10s to a single Bluetooth phone or Bluetooth MP3 player?

Multiple SMH10s cannot be connected, via Bluetooth, to a single Bluetooth phone or Bluetooth MP3 player. A single phone can only connect to one SMH10 and vice versa. This is the same for Bluetooth MP3 player.

And how about a GPS? My wife loves to hear the directions given bij mij GPS while she is sitting at the backseat.

Only one GPS can be connect to SMH10 via Bluetooth connection and visa versa.
My wife and I like to listen to the same audio whether XM radio, Pandora, audio books, MP3, etc. but it sucks that we cannot both connect. I currently use a Bluetooth Dongle Adapter device similar to this: http://www.amazon.com/TaoTronics-TT-BA01-Wireless-Bluetooth-Adapter/dp/B004B8GF7Y/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1324058483&sr=1-2. It works well and allows me to connect my XM radio via bluetooth. I am thinking that if I use a Y-adapter from my audio jack and get another Bluetooth Adapter that she can pair with then that might solve the problem. A crappy work around but hopefully this option could be incorporated at some point. Otherwise, I love the Sena much more than the Cardo. Now if only I could get back my voice commands on the Droid X. But that is another issue.

Your describe set up is cumbersome, but it is definitely an alternative solution. Sena will release A2DP hub which will allow two bluetooth headset connections. This product is under development and expected release period is 2nd quarter of 2012.
While you're at it, could you make it so that one of the two headsets can be switched to mono?
My wife is deaf in one ear and cannot hear the left channel of stereo as in a car. I know that I could change the stereo to mono at the mp3 player, but that would diminish my listening pleasure in stereo.

David, maybe you can try positioning both speakers in the "good ear" side of her helmet... then you can enjoy stereo!
