If the MP3 player can connect directly, why not the cellphone?  It involves looking down and screen-tapping to end incoming calls, which is less-safe.  Direct connection of a cell-phone would permit voice-activated control and make it a LOT more safe.

Both Bluetooth phone and ZUMO use same Bluetooth connection type(HFP) to communicate with SMH10. At the moment, SMH10 can only support one device per Bluetooth connection type. If phone is directly connected to SMH10, then ZUMO550 cannot connect to SMH10.

How do you solve this problem?

Because my three buddies and I but two dual sets and one guy has the Zumo 210. The SMH10 was paired to his Galaxy tab, before he tried pairing the Zumo. However when he tries to pair the Zumo, the SMH10 doesn't show in the Zumo bluetooth device list.

Is this what the multypoint pair mode is for?

Please help

p.s. for some reason he also has trouble installing the software manager on his PC's. So he cant update to firmware v4.0

Please forgive me, my entry is no longer valid. As it turns out, my friend misread about the software manager and tried to install the Sena software for Windows XP onto a Vista PC. That's why he couldn't connect to do the firmware update. Once realised, this problem was fixed.

And once firmware update to v4.0 was done, he connected to his Zumo 210 without a hitch and in within a fraction of a second.
