Love the new audio timeout setting feature. This will help me out a lot! Thanks for putting this out.
Also the TX audio selection I look forward in testing tonight. Thanks again!
My SR10 -- purchased in Dec 2011 -- reports firmware v 3.0, so this v1.1 update won't apply. How do I get my SR10 updated to v1.1??
@jd lima
Double check your unit. It is likely that you have SMH10 or SPH10. If you do have SR10 and SR10 Manager still prompts that you have v3.0, then please contact our support at link below for warranty service.

Dear SENA!
Could you explain "multi-point pairing support" feature? I can't find it in the Useres Guide.
In SR10 firmware version 1.1 release note, you will find "Support multiple point Bluetooth headsets" listed. This means SR10 is able to support a headset that supports multiple point Bluetooth connection. It is compatibility with such type of headset, but this does not mean SR10 allows multiple Bluetooth headset connections simultaneously.
Hello, I have downloaded the firmware update software and then followed the instructions to connect my SR10 - I hear the USB connection noise and see the PC load the driver for it. But your software after the how to start screen doesn't recognize the unit as being connected to the PC therefore I can't update it. The message says "SR10 is not connected with the PC."
Help?
@ Stephen
We will send you a separate email to troubleshoot your problem.
Curious, I seem to recall that the initial release of the SR10 was only supporting mono communication via that Hand-Free Profile (HFP) - has that been changed to full stereo since that SR supports Bluetooth v2.1+EDR? I would love to use the two-way-radio option, but have full stereo from my iPhone 4s...
Thanks
I don't think this version will ever have stereo as the hardware will not support it from what I understand. I am sure someone from Sena will respond soon, but I suspect a new version will be coming that will support it. At least that is what I am hoping for.
Thanks for the reply, Lu, I hope we do get an official word on this - but I think you are right, the hardware may not support it so, we both of us may be waiting for an updated model:) The SR10 seemed so promising...Oh well, back to my SMH10 and "line of sight" communication.
@Uwe
SR10 only supports HFP bluetooth connection which transmits audio in mono only.
Thanks for clearing this, Dan - guess I do have to wait...
I'm also having issues getting my SR10 to update to v1.1 I'm following the on screen instructions, but it still says its unable to recognize my device. This is with XP.
The first light is Red and solid like it should when you plug it into the PC. The 2nd light is blue and although it comes on solid at first, it starts blinking I guess looking for pairings. I have all my other BT devices off. I need some assistance with this. - Dan
If you are having trouble with XP or 7, then below is common troubleshooting methods.
1. Uninstall previous version of SMH10 Manager if there is newer version available on the web.
2. Make sure to download correct version for your operating system.
3. Disable/disconnect any internal/external bluetooth hardware connected to PC. For embedded Bluetooth module, you will need to disable from device manager.
4. Make sure to use micro-USB cable that came with SMH10. DO NOT USE cable for Android phones.
5. After SMH10 Manager and driver installation, check Windows device manager with SMH10 powered and connected to PC. SMH10 should be listed under Universal Serial Bus Controllers as "CSR BlueCore Bluetooth". If you do not see this and instead see unrecognizable Bluetooth device listed, you will need to change the driver manually through device properties. Driver location is under program/Sena Technologies/SMH10 Manager.
